wahhhh I'm back from my con/vacation! my friend and I had to unfortunately pull out from our skit competition last minute, which was a bummer, but I think we made the right call in the long run in regards to how much more we now want to add to this skit given its potential and in consideration to how busy it's busy it's been for us lately. I haven't had much free time at all and even worked some throughout our con and vegas trip, and now I'm somewhat sick with a cold due to the weather whiplash.
I've got a busy summer ahead, but with lots of good things as well! Wrapping up some game projects, resuming some, and starting new ones, and while I didn't originally have a lot of con activity planned for this summer, my cosplay friends invited me to join them for a panel at AX + I'll be at AI Bay Area for the weekend in July as well! In the meantime, I have a lot more to be working on + will be making some time to continue expanding this site. Even though we'll be waiting to see where we can take our Chobits skit for a little while longer, I am super excited to share some of the artwork done for it! For two nights of work, I'm genuinely happy to have been able to create something that embodies the spirit of what we've been dreaming of and will hopefully continue to work towards.
hope everyone is staying cool as the northern hemisphere approaches summertime! the festival season has been so colorful this year, and watching people go enjoy their vacations and fun times has managed to bring a little light in spite of the tough times. And if you can't get yourself to an event, I hope you can celebrate with something yummy or a good story.

hello! extremely busy month and may will also be pretty crazy too! have a lot of game stuff + cosplay to work on, but I was able to add a batch of banners + signatures now featured in the banners section! I made these several years ago but it's nice being able to give them a place to showcase them again! please follow the graphics rules as stated, and otherwise I hope they'll be fun for others to appreciate/enjoy. I also squeezed in an extra thoughts about matlock s1 remake.
I'm not sure how much I can manage to get done before the end of the month, but I plan on sharing some of my fanime photos + cosplay notes for our upcoming chobits skit most likely in June! we'll be working on some illustrations for the skit itself that I've love to add on the cosplay section. so let's have a good end of april and start of may!
☆☆☆ in spite of the world going on, I hope we can still find pockets of happiness and be grateful for them along the way. ☆☆☆

still working on things! april is going to be very busy but I've been adding at least a couple new avies in the avatars section and a new random collection of thoughts on the white lotus s3 characters in the cinema chat since I wrote some stuff before the s3 finale! hoping to add more in the coming weeks through spring and into summer! may springtime be lovely and full of creativity!

site is under construction! it's been years since I've done anything web related! I mainly do graphics and digital art nowadays, so my photoshop days have evolved into trying to make backgrounds and silly character design spreads.
this was my very first layout I made as little kagura back in 2006, and while I plan on keeping it while I construct my site, I'm excited to enjoy it for the while!
